Coaching
Solution-focused and results-orientated one-to-one coaching.
We offer our clients one-to-one coaching which we have found to be one of the most powerful and effective methods of enabling them to develop and grow; whether that is specifically in the context of their work/career or more broadly across the different aspects of their life.
Some people know what they want but don’t know how to get there. Others don’t know what they want but inherently know that something isn’t right and needs changing.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a solution-focused and results-orientated process, which is aimed at enhancing your work performance, life experience and/or personal growth.
Coaching is most often a unique and enlightening experience for anybody, as it provides focused time to talk about yourself, in a confidential environment, where there is no judgement or bias. This is very different to a conversation with your boss, a friend or family member because they will inevitably bring their perspective and agenda, which can often influence the outcome.
What can coaching do for you?
Create clarity
So often we don’t really think about what it is that we want and therefore wonder aimlessly through life, tolerating what we think we could never change. How different might your life be, if you were to identify what it is that you truly want and then be purposeful about making it happen?
Achieve more than you thought possible
Coaching can help you to stretch much further than you believed was possible. It is a process which is supportive but at the same time challenging; this is the aspect of coaching which has the most potential to shift your perspectives and open your mind to new and exciting possibilities that you may never have considered before.
Conquer the fears that hold you back
Fears, habitual behaviours and patterns of thinking can be very powerful in holding you back from your potential and most often you aren’t consciously aware of them ie they are in your “blind spot”. Your coach can ask you powerful questions and provide you with feedback as to how they are experiencing you ie to fill your blind spot. For some people, this will be the first time they have ever talked openly and freely about these things and it has often been described as “completely liberating”. Once you are consciously aware of these things, you have an opportunity to change.
Be Accountable
A coaching relationship provides a powerful motivator for action. It is the natural accountability created when a client agrees to achieving specific goals and actions and then reports their progress at each session. Most clients find that they are really focused because they want to be able to report positive change. This is in contrast to agreeing with yourself to do something – how easy is it to let yourself off the hook?!
Our approach to coaching is based on the premise that on some level, people have the answers to their issues and know what is right for them. So, our aim is not to tell them what we think they should do, rather it is to help them to access their own answers by asking insightful questions.

Agree a coaching package
Coaching for change will not happen overnight or in just one session, so depending upon what you want out of your coaching, we will agree a coaching package which will include the following:

An assessment tool to support coaching
